Σολωμός & Κολοκυθάκια με 2 διαφορετικές σος / Salmon and & zucchini with 2 different sauces

Λοιπόν σήμερα σκέφτηκα να μαγειρέψω κάτι σπέσιαλ. (Είμαι φοιτήτρια, οπότε το παρακάτω φαγητό είναι σπέσιαλ για μένα). Έκανα λοιπόν σολωμό ψητό στο φούρνο με μια σος η οποία έχει γιαούρτι μουστάρδα και λεμονάκι και κολοκυθάκια στον ατμό με μια σος από γιαούρτι άνηθο σκόρδο κλπ.

Υλικά για τον Σολωμό και την σος:

Σολωμός

Αλάτι

Πιπέρι

Σκόρδο

Χυμός λεμόνι

(δεν σας γράφω ποσότητες γιατί όλα είναι θέμα γούστου, γευτείτε το φαγητό σας καθ' όλη την διάρκεια του μαγειρέματος)

Για την σος για τον σολωμό:

Χυμός λεμόνι

Ξύσμα λεμονιού

Γιαούρτι

Μουστάρδα

Αλάτι

Λίγο Πιπέρι

Οι δοσολογίες εξαρτώνται με το πώς θέλετε να είναι η σος σας. Θέλετε να έχει πιο πολύ λεμόνι? Πιο πολύ μουστάρδα? Ξέρετε εσείς από τέτοια είμαι σίγουρη.

Βάλτε τον σολωμό σε ένα ταψί, ρίξτε του λεμονάκι, αλάτι, πιπέρι, βάλετε και το σκόρδο και ψήστε το σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο (θερμοκρασία δεν σας λέω γιατί πάει αναλόγως τον φούρνο). Μην το παραψήσεται. Ο σολωμός πρέπει να είναι ροζ, μαλακός και να λιώνει στο στόμα. Όσο για την σος... Ανακατέψτε όλα τα υλικά μαζί και περιχύστε με αυτήν το ψάρι.

Τα κολοκυθάκια εγώ τα έκανα στον ατμό, αλλά εσείς μπορείτε να τα κάνετε βραστά ή και ψητά στο γκριλ.

Για την σος για τα κολοκυθάκια θα χρειαστείτε:

Χυμός λεμόνι

Γιαούρτι

Άνηθο

Σκόρδο (εγώ έβαλα μια σκελίδα)

Αλάτι

Τα αναμιγνύεται όλα μαζί και περιχύνεται με αυτήν τα κολοκυθάκια.

Το πιάτο αυτό είναι ελαφρύ και είναι ότι πρέπει για το καλοκαιράκι, για όσους κάνουν δίαιτα ή προσέχουν την διατροφή τους. Ποιος είπε ότι διατροφή και γεύση δεν πάνε μαζί?
Αν βαριέστε να κάνετε και τις δύο σος κάντε μόνο την μια ταιριάζει και με τα δύο.

Well today I cooked something special. (I'm a student, so the this food is a special food for me). So, I roasted salmon with a sauce that has mustard and lemon yogurt and zucchini steamed with a sauce of yogurt dill garlic etc. 

Materials for salmon and sauce: 

Salmon 

Salt 

Pepper 

Garlic 

Lemon juice 

(I do not you write you the volumes because everything is a matter of taste, taste your food throughout the cooking time) 

For the sauce for salmon: 

Lemon juice 

Lemon zest 

Yogurt 

Mustard 

Salt 

Little Pepper 

The dosage depends on how you want the sauce you. You want more lemon? More mustard? You know such things I'm sure. 

Put the salmon in a baking dish, pour the lemon, salt, pepper, and put the garlic and bake in preheated oven (I don't tell you the temperature because it depends on the oven). Do not overcook your food. Salmon should be pink, soft and melting in your mouth. As for the sauce... Mix all ingredients together and pour it at your fish. 

I steamed the zucchinis, but you can boil them or roast them on the grill. 

For the sauce for the zucchini you will need: 

Lemon juice 

Yogurt 

Dill 

Garlic (I put a clove) 

Salt 

You mix all together and pour it on the zucchini. 

This dish is light and is a must for the Summer, for those dieting or watching their diet. Who said that nutrition and taste do not go together?

If you are bored to make both sauces then make one of them. It is good for both the zucchinis and the salmon.

Nyx Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils swatches

Urban Gardening! (Curly Endives/Αντίδια)

Well not that I'm urban gardener ... but lets say that i am! :P A few days ago, I went to buy curly endives and they gave them to me with the roots. And I thought.... Why not try to plant them in a flower pot? And i did! I hope they grow really fast so that i can taste them!

Καλά όχι ότι είμαι και urban gardener... αλλά λέμε τώρα! Και που λέτε είχα πάει στην λαϊκή πριν μερικές μέρες να πάρω αντίδια και μου δώσανε τα αντίδια με την ρίζα και σκέφτηκα.... Seventeen Super Shine Nail Color - 493

Χτές έβρεχε οπότε είπα να τα κάνω κάπως πιο σκούρα τα νύχια μου. Έτσι τα έβαψα με το Seventeen Super Shine Nail Color χρώμα 493, το οποίο είναι κάπως σαν μαυρο-μώβ. Γενικά μαρέσει η Seventeen. Σύντομα θα σας δειξω σε ένα άλλο πόστ ένα τέλειο χρώμα κραγιόν που πήρα για το καλοκαιράκι το οποίο είναι κάπως πορτοκαλοκοραλί. Γενικά μαρέσει αρκετά και η σελίδα και τα φυλλάδια της Seventeen γιατί έχουν κάποια έτοιμα Looks με την Μαριέττα Χρουσαλά και σου λέει τι προϊόντα να χρησιμοποιήσεις και πώς έτσι ώστε να επιτύχεις το look. Μάσκα μαλλιών με αυγό / Natural Hair Mask with egg

Hello, hellooo !! Some days ago I found a recipe for a natural hair mask, witch is very good and most of all NATURAL .

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons of yogurt
1 egg
1 tablespoon of vinegar

Mix them all together and then apply it to your hair and leave it for half an hour! Use as much as you want depending on your hair.. Egg and yogurt are very hydrating for your hair and vinegar are going to make them shine! Don't be afraid of the smell! I also read in an article that women in India do egg hair masks very often in order to grow faster hair.Egg is full with vitamins of the B-complex, A, D, and E. B-complex vitamins are supposed to be very good for your hair! So, while waiting with your mask in your hair, eat an egg!!! It's good for you and it is not fattening. :P:P:P hehehe I hope that helps! After the 30 minutes, wash your hair thoroughly applying first the shampoo and massage it in your head and then the water. This way the dirt will go off your head faster.. Then wash another time as you do... water and then shampoo!

Helloooo! Πρίν από μερικές μέρες ανακάλυψα μια φυσικλη μάσκα μαλλιών που βγήκε αρκετά καλή.

Συστατικά:
6 κουταλιές της σούπας γιαούρτι
1 Αυγό
1 κουταλιά της σούπας Ξύδι

Ανακατέψτε τα όλα μαζί και βάλτε στα μαλλία σας όση ποσότητα χρειάζεστε. Αφήστε το για περίπου μισή ώρα. Μη αϊδιάσετε από την μυρωδία! Είναι για καλο :p :p :p  Είχα διαβάσει και σε ένα άρθρο ότι οι γυναίκες στην Ινδία κάνουν πολύ συχνά μάσκες μαλλιών με αυγό έτσι ώστε να μακρύνουν τα μαλλιά τους πιο γρήγορα. Το αυγό και το γιαούρτι είναι πολύ ενυδατικά και γένικα αν σκεφτεί κανείς πόσες βιταμίνες έχουν.... Έίναι πλούσια σε βιταμίνες Β, οι οποίες είναι απαραίτητες για τα μαλλία μας. Συγκεκριμένα έχει  Α, D, E, όλες τις Β-complex βιταμίνες, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του φολικού οξέως. Επίσης είναι πλούσια σε ιχνοστοιχεία όπως σίδηρο, κάλιο, φώσφορο, ιώδιο κ.λπ... όποτε την ώρα που περιμένετε να περάσει το μεσάωρο με την μάσκα στο κεφάλι, φάτε κ ένα αυγουλάκι!! χεχε δεν παχαίνει! Αφού περάσει το μεσάωρο και έχετε φάει κ το αυγουλάκι σας ξεβγάλτε τα μαλλία σας. Βάλτε πρώτα σαμπουάν στα μαλλιά σας, κάντε απαλό μασάζ και μετά βάλτε κ λίγο νεράκι. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο καθαρίζουν καλύτερα τα μαλλία σας... Μετά ξεβγάλτε τα και μια δεύτερη φορά, αλλα αυτή την φορά με τον κανονικό τρόπο... νερό....σαμπουάν!

Deodorants - Antiperspitants. Natural deodorant

A few months ago i saw a documentary on television about personal care and beauty products and the chemicals they contain. I also read in some articles i found online that many studies support that deodorants and antiperspirants which contain aluminum are considered guilty of causing breast cancer. What these products do is to clog your pores in order for you not to sweat and this is bad because your skin cannot breathe and the aluminum is passing down to your breast. The part of your breast that is near the armpit is the most vulnerable for breast cancer. On the other hand some believe that all these accusations are not scientifically proven. But, what should we do? Every day i hear something new about all these chemicals. Are they trying to confuse us? I believe that in personal care everyone...woman or man must try to use more natural products. I recently bought a deodorant from a company that makes natural products and it is called Naturally Fresh Deodorant Crystal. It is Hypoallergenic, Paraben/PG Free, Aluminum Free. I also like the Greek companies KORRES and APIVITA. Actually i have an eye cream, a face mask and a sunscreen from KORRES so i suppose i will do a review soon. KORRES is a very good company. I tried some samples of their products a few months ago and i was quite impressed!

Chanel Pro Lumiere Professional Finish Makeup

Eight months ago my cousin buy me as a present Chanel Pro Lumiere. Pro Lumiere is a Professional Finish Makeup with spf 15! I really like makeup to have a Spf because i believe that the sun is one of the most damaging things for the skin.
By the way my color is 10 - NUDE!
So let's list the pros and cons for this make up!

Pros:

- SPF 15 -very important for me!
- 30 ml / 1 Fl.Oz. I have this make up for 8 months and i finished only tha half of it!
- It has a pump! Which is good because you don't lose product!
- It's an oil free formula
- You can build it up! You can wear a small amount of product for natural look or you can build it up for full coverage!
- It stays on you all day!
- It is very hydrating! One day i put some of my makeup on my mother's face and she told me that she feel her face more moistorized!
- Classic nice and elegant Chanel packaging! - i tell that because most of people DO look on the packaging-

Cons:
- Ok, it is expensive!
- But... this makeup is definatelly going to last you for a year! I do not put on my face a small amount. I put a medium amount and still i haven't finished my bottle!
- It is semi-matte! (This is not bad for all people). But if you don't want semi-matte finish you can user a powder after you apply your make up!

I will definately buy this product again! Or maybe the Mat Lumiere for a change!
I prefer to give some extra money and have a nice quaality makeup instead of buying a makeup every 2-3 months!
If you do the calculations the Chanel makeup is cheaper because you actually use it for a year!

Natural Peeling with Corn Flour / Φυσικό peeling με καλαμποκάλευρο

One of the best and natural ways to make a peeling for my skin is corn flour! This is actually a secret that my mother told me a few years ago! It is almost the same as the Sugar Scrub mix but i like this better! :)

I just take some corn flour and mix it with some water! If you like you can mix it with your cleanser, or with some olive oil! You can use it in your body too! I usually take some shower gel and mix it with the corn flour! But, be careful with the corn grains... If you have very sensitive skin don't rub it in your face for so long! I have combination skin so in some areas i really need to exfoliate every couple days. I also noticed that i don't break out any more and my face is more clear! If you do have combination or oily skin exfoliate! Corn flour is a very natural way! Try to stay away from chemicals, and don't waste your money on scrubs that you buy on the market! This one is going to do the same job and better!

 Ένας από τους καλύτερους και πιο φυσικούς τρόπους για να κάνει κανείς peeling είναι το καλαμποκάλευρο! Ναι καλά ακούσατε το καλαμποκάλευρο! Είναι κάτι παρόμοιο με το sugar scrub αλλά εγώ προσωπικά προτιμώ αυτό. Για το καλαμποκάλευρο μου είχε πει η μητέρα μου πριν αρκετά χρόνια και για να είμαι ειλικρινής αρχικά δεν είχα δώσει ιδιαίτερη σημασία... Αλλά όταν το δοκίμασα το λάτρεψα! Μην πηγαίνετε και χαλάτε χρήματα σε scrub του εμπορίου! Πρώτον γιατι είναι γεμάτα χημικά και δεύτερον δεν πρόκειται να σας προσφέρουν κάτι διαφορετικό από αυτό εδώ το scrub! Αγοράστε λοιπόν ένα σακουλάκι καλαμποκάλευρο που είναι και φτηνό και τριφτείτε! χαχαχα Μπορείτε να το αναμίξετε με ελαιόλαδο, με καθαριστικό προσώπου, με το shower gel με ότι εσείς θέλετε! Συνήθως με σκέτο νεράκι το αναμειγνύω ή με αφρόλουτρο! Επειδή έχω λιπαρή την ζώνη "T" βγάζω (ή μάλλον έβγαζα) πολλά σπυράκια! Ειδικά στο πιγούνι. Τι σε δερματολόγος πήγα.. τι λεφτά έδωσα για προϊόντα.. Τίποτα δεν δούλεψε! Άκουγα και κάτι χαζομάρες του στυλ ότι "peeling πρέπει να κάνουμε  μόνο μια φόρα  την εβδομάδα". Χαζομάρες! Το peeling ανανεώνει το δέρμα και τρίβοντας το ουσιαστικά αφαιρείτε νεκρά κύτταρα από την πάνω πάνω στοιβάδα έτσι ώστε να βοηθήσετε να βγούνε καινούργια! Άσε που αν έχεις βγάλει πανάδες βοηθάει στο να εξαφανιστούν! Προσέξτε όμως μην τρίβετε πολύ δυνατά! Όταν άρχισα να κάνω peeling κάθε 2-3 μέρες τότε πραγματικά το δέρμα μου καθάρισε, έφυγε η λιπαρότητα και έβλεπα σπυράκι μόνο όταν περίμενα να αδιαθετήσω και αν! Για μένα ο καθαρισμός, το peeling και η ενυδάτωση είναι ότι καλύτερο μπορεί να κάνει κανείς για το πρόσωπο του. Τόσο απλά.   

p.s.: Το peeling σε ψωμάκια - μπουτάκια θα βοηθήσει και με την κυτταρίτιδα!

Home Made Strawberry Marmalade (Light)

Today i decided to make Strawberry Marmalade because it is the season that the strawberries grow! So, i went to the market and i bought a packet of fresh strawberries. To do this recipe you will need:

Stawberries
Sugar or suclarose or both
Vanilla in powder or in liquid form

The original recipes says that if you have 500 grams of straws you will need 250 grams of sugar, but i think this is way too much! So in my light recipe i used:

500 grams of strawberries
10 teaspoons of white sugar
10 suclarose sweetener pills or 4-5 teaspoons of suclarose powder
half a teaspoon vanilla

Wash the strawberries very well cut out the leafs and put them in a pot (not a huge pot a medium size). Add the sugar and the suclarose and the vanilla. Cook them until you see that the mixture is thick and also don't forget to stir once in a while! If you see a bubbly pink thing on your pot you can remove it! Although it's nothing! I say to remove it so that you won't see it in your container (see last photo of the pink bubbly thing). I like to put the strawberries without chopping them in small pieces, but if you like you can chop them! When it is thick you can take the pot off the fire. While cooking the recipe take a glass container and wash it very good. Then boil some water and when the water is very hot pour it into the glass container and in it's lid in order to somehow sterilize it. Leave the glass container to dry. When your jam is ready pour it into the container and leave the lid a little open until the jam is cold! Then you can put it in the freezer!

The sugar in this recipe acts as a preservative! If you put 250gams of sugar your jam may lasts a year! But come on.. who keeps a jam in their freezer for a year! Nobody! Everyone loves jam! I like to put less sugar and it lasts me for a month! The color is great and the taste is great and your house is going to smell so beautiful! I wonder why people buy jams when it is so easy to make... And why some companies put chemical preservatives in them and color!

Sally Hansen Maximum Growth Plus and Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Diamond Shine

Well this is my first post.

A few months ago i bought Sally Hansen Maximum Growth Plus in color Adoring Amethyst 56 and Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Diamond Shine. I have tried before the Diamond strength and i can tell you for sure that this is a very good top and base coat. In my nails it lasts about 7 days although in the Sally Hansen website says it lasts about 10 days. Well i washed the dishes, did the laundry etc.. It makes your nails really shinny and strong. Usually when i see that it loses some of it's shininess i re-apply it after a few days. The price was very good from the website i bought it, so i think these two are a very good buy. As for the Maximum Growth... Well... I'm not sure yet about the growth because that is the first time i apply this nail polish but the color is wonderful! You can see some swatches below. I will post back in a few days to tell you about the growth...
